The Latest Word on Superhot Chiles

Superhot chiles are all over the news as new varieties continually beat the Guinness record for hottest chile in the world.  At left is one of the hottest and the current record holder, the ‘Naga Viper’.  Regarding this chile and the other superhots, there’s an excellent article on the Popular Science blog about them.  Read it here.
